Art Attack Toys assumes no liability regarding product safety of any kind. Any questions or complaints should be directed to the individual manufacturers.

  • At this time, Art Attack Toys ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Art Attack Toys ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and select international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    . Delivery time is guaranteed at 1-2 day(s) nationwide.
    . Delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
    . Available 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays, to most locations at no additional charge.
    . Includes proof of delivery with signature upon request and tracking information.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Art Attack Toys is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Return Policy

  • All sales are final. Many of the products we sell are collectible items, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. It is possible that you may find slight variations or blemishes with your product. This is because many of the items are hand-assembled and/or hand-painted. Also, some of our stock is imported from overseas and is not readily available in North America. Due to international shipping costs and the uniqueness of the products, our inventory on each item is very small, and most products are made in limited runs. For these reasons we hope you understand our no returns policy. Thanks!

    Most packages are insured and guaranteed for the value of the merchandise, at no additional cost to you. If your package is not delivered within 21 days for domestic customers or 45 days for international customers (required by our insurers to file a claim), or should any part of your merchandise arrive damaged, please make sure to contact us immediately upon receiving your order at Sales@ArtAttackToys.com. Returns made without contacting Art Attack Toys in writing will not be honored. We will exchange it for the same non-damaged item at our discretion. We cannot guarantee that the requested item(s) will be available by the time you send us your damaged merchandise. However, should the item(s) no longer be in stock, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value. No cash refunds.

    We do our very best to package your merchandise for shipping in a manner that will protect the contents...we use sturdy boxes and lots of padding! Should package arrive damaged, pictures will be requested. Keep all contents and original packaging material. You, the customer, will be responsible for return shipping. Returns must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

    Please note: If you choose to ship your package with First Class Mail International there is NO TRACKING available and Art Attack Toys will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
